How do I register my holiday rental?
In order to rent out your property short term as a holiday rental you must register it with the local authorities. This is done by applying for a touristic rental license and thenregistering the property with the police. In order to apply for the license, your property needs to fullfill some basic standards like fitted aircon in all bedrooms and the living area etc. Our trusted solicitors can help you with the process of obtaining the touristic license.
How long does it take to get started?
Our process is very straight forward. After having expressed your interest and us having confirmed the availability to take on your listing it usually takes no more than 1-2 weeks to take professional photographs and list your property on all major portals. If you require the touristic rental license then add 2 weeks to this timeline.

How and when do you pay the rental income to me?
You will receive payments around the 15th of each month and you can always follow the payment status through your personal log in.
When is the best time to rent out my property? Can I get bookings year-round?
The high season peaks in july and august so you want to make sure to not miss this time of the year. during these 2 months most owners can charge per week what they normally charge per month in low season. The spring and autumn months sourrounding July/August are also very profitable.
I want to rent out my property, but wish to use it a few weeks of the year myself, is this possible?
We offer owners full flexibility of deciding when they want to use their property and when they want to rent it out.
